What I collect and why
Contact form. Name, email address, company if you give it, and your message. Used solely to reply to you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Downloads. If you request a diagnostic, I store your first name, email address, which files you asked for, and the time of the request, so I can deliver the files and answer questions about the delivery. Legal basis: fulfilling your request.
Mailing list. Only if you tick the separate consent box and then confirm from your inbox. I store your consent choice, the wording you saw, and the time of the request, because European law requires proof of consent. You can unsubscribe from any email, and unsubscribing removes you from future mailings immediately. Legal basis: consent.
Analytics. This site uses GoatCounter, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. No personal profile is built.
Who processes it
Email delivery and the mailing list run on Resend (Resend, Inc., a US company), acting as a processor under contractual safeguards for international transfer. The site is served by Cloudflare. Analytics run on GoatCounter. None of them may use your data for their own purposes, and I do not share or sell your address to anyone.
How long I keep it
Contact messages: as long as our correspondence is live, then archived with my business records. Download requests and consent records: as long as you are on the list, plus what the law requires as proof. Unsubscribed addresses are kept only as a suppression record so you are not mailed again.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and take it with you. Write to [email protected] and I will act on it. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
